Giving Day is a 24-hour fundraising event that creates an opportunity to give back and make a difference. On this day, you can choose to make a donation to various areas around campus that need your support.

Greatest Needs: Gifts made to the Greatest Needs Fund are the backbone of the University, allowing us to provide important resources that help to fulfill our mission of serving our students.These gifts go to work immediately supporting student scholarships, technological upgrades, career development programs, and keeping our grounds and facilities updated.

Academics: At UMO, we are dedicated to personalized attention and focus on career and personal development for all of our students. The commitment of our faculty and staff, coupled with the driving ambition of our students, promotes success. Help us continue this success by giving to our academic programs throughout the School of Arts and Sciences, The Tillman School of Business, the School of Agriculture and Biological Sciences, and the Nursing Program.

Athletics: As a Division II school of the NCAA, the University has 22 athletic programs. Banners recognizing championships for each of our teams hang in Kornegay Arena as a visual representation of school pride and achievement. When you give to athletics, these programs, and their scholar-athletes, continue to perform well on and off the field.

Campus Ministries: The Campus Ministries Fund provides support to Faith-based ministries at UMO.
